Burger (burger) with homemade bbq sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 slices smoked bacon
  • 1 tbsp. Onion flakes or onion powder Charma
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika Charma
  • 500g minced pork
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt Himalayan Charma, black pepper Charma
  • bbq sauce

    • 2 tbsp. Garlic powder Charma
    • 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. Smoked paprika Charma
    • 1 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
    • 2 tsp. Worcestershire and 6 tbsp. Ketchup
    • Salt Himalayan Charma, pepper Charma

Instructions

In a pan pour the olive oil and add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Saute until browned. Add the paprika, stir and cook for about 10 minutes until the onions be caramelized. Add the vinegar and add the worcestershire with ketchup. Stir and cook until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper. While the sauce is preparing, we start prepare the burgers too. In a pan pour olive oil and sauté at first the bacon for 3-4 minutes, after that we add the onion. Saute until browned. Add and smoked paprika. Mix and leave for 1-2 minutes. In a bowl put the minced meat and pour the mixture with the bacon and onion flakes or powder. Add salt and pepper. Shape the meat into small burger, the Oil and bake in grills for 3-4 minutes each side. Serve in buns burger with lettuce on the bun, the burger, cheese and sauce.
